MORNING CAME FAR TOO EARLY....

Up way too late last night.   Lesson number one on Drop Bag Week....Never invite people to come in...we ended up chatting away the evening and then before we knew it, it was late.  Everything on my list to do was not going to get done that evening.  To bed at 1 AM,  Up at 5:30 AM.  UGH!

Actually iced and then heated my knee this morning.  Now it is 6:30 and I am off to my 7:30 Physical Therapy appointment and it is snowing hard .
