The team was down today, due to conditions of the trail. I went to
Talkeetna this morning and went to church with Serum Run friend, Buddy. Then it was back home to feed the dogs and pack up my sewing to go to
Angies. We spent the evening sewing and laughing and sharing mushing stories. Angie is running
Iditarod this year and we were making her
wristies to pack in her drop bags.
The past two nights my friend Angie
Taggart and I worked on making
wristies (you are able to put a hand-warmer in your palm to help keep your exposed fingers warm. It easier to boot a dog without fingers on your gloves) and neck warmers. We had a lot of laughs!!!
