EVENING RUN

WE took off on a late afternoon run.   Left in the daylight with mild temperatures.  Heading out to mark a new trail so that I could get in some longer runs.  Out in a new section of the swamp for me and the snow began coming down.  Darkness came and we turned on our headlamp...it didn't take long and I had no idea where we were.  When we stopped, Bob told me that he wasn't sure where we were either.  Visibility was poor and after a little while toodling around the trails in the swamp, we figured out where we were.  A nice run and the dogs did well.  Needless to say we didn't get new trail marked.
