We are traveling to Iowa by Amtrak. Beautiful trip through the Cascades. I have been awake most of the night and am hoping that I will not be sleeping when we travel through Montana. The weather has been very wet. Not often that I have been to the Leavenworth when it is pouring cats and dogs. I am sure that Eastern Washington was in great need of the rain, but Seattle has had plenty. From the weather report, I think that we are bringing Seattle weather with us to Iowa.

ReplyDeleteRunning 5 hours behind schedule...sigh. Thinking I sleep better on Iditarod than on Amtrak. Looks like we left the rain behind us...so maybe we won't be responsible for dragging it along to Iowa.
