BACK HOME TO ALASKA !

Well, after quite an ordeal this morning, we arrived in Juneau.  Yen was happy to be out of her crate.  Originally we were to have a 9 hour layover in Juneau.  When I got Yen brought out, a very nice Alaska Airlines agent noticed that our next flight wasn't leaving for 9 hours.   She got us on an earlier flight leaving at 1:00.  Thank you Alaska Airlines !  

So, our Juneau sightseeing will have to wait for another time.  Got in to Anchorage at 3:00 and found out that my checked bag didn't get on my flight.  LOL   Oh well, it is being delivered sometime today.  

Yen just seems to take everything in stride.  When she saw the truck, she just jumped right in.  Poor Buzz had barely any seat...as Yen was quite the seat hog.  When we got back to the kennel, Yen raced to her house.  Betty was very happy to see her.

I got a wonderful welcome home from all my dogs.  They made quite a ruckus.  Red was so excited that he broke his chain.  After giving hugs to each and every one of them, they settled down and I scooped the kennel.  I am hoping that the temperatures drop so that we can run dogs.  This morning it was 52 degrees...too warm.

Well, it is time for me to do my morning chores...water my team and scoop the kennel and spend time with these amazing athletes !
