Otter Rolling for Joy !

A big THANK YOU to Bob and Kathleen Anderson of Everett Washington for Joining the Team and sponsoring Otter.  Otter has been with me since 2009.  He is often referred to as my "woo woo dog", as he always has a lot to say.  A very happy, good natured boy and loves to roll in the snow.   Otter is a hard working dog who runs in team or wheel.
