School Visit Confirmed...

Just got off the phone with Mrs. Johnson, one of my many favorite teachers that I have visited over the years, who use the study of Iditarod in their classrooms.    We confirmed my October 7th visit.  I have the honor of kicking off their all school Idita Read during their all school assembly. 

My arrival is always welcomed...

Getting ready for a morning run.  Looking forward to cooler temperatures.  18 degrees is so much nicer than 40!

Update:  It was an absolutely gorgeous run.  

dogs were awesome, breathtaking views, Unfortunately my phone froze so I couldn't take pictures.
